The country house is located between Capdepera and Canyamel. It has a good acces road and is situated in a quiet area. In a few minutes one can reach the villages Capdepera, Arta and Canyamel. On the plot, which is bordered by a stream on one side, are built three residential buildings. The main house, an old water mill, is divided into living-room, dining-room, kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms one of them en suite. Several, partly covered terraces and a pool with area to sun are integrated in the lovely mediterranean planted garden.
