This holiday home is located first line on the sea with view on the harbor. To the beach and promenade it is only 400 m.
You find a living- and diningroom with big glasdoors to the terrace with the nice view on the harbor and sea. The kitchen, which is completly equiped and modern, you reach from the livingroom. In the utilityroom you find a washing mashine. On this plant there is also a guests bathroom.
Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 with bathroom en suite and 3rd bed for a child. There is a second bathroom with shower.
Another extra bed is available.
The big terrace you can reach from both bedrooms. Both of them are furnitured an there is a mobil grill.
Downstairs there is a separate appartment for 2 more people with double bedroom and own bathroom.
There is a big garage as well, which can be used.Colonia de Sant Pere is still an original fisher village with harbor. The surrounding is made for relaxing holidays with walking, horse riding, golfing and swimming. The next bigger towns are Arta and Can Picafort.
You have a fantastic view to the mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana where the sun sets. On the long natural beach you can walk from Colonia de Sant Pere to Son Sierra de Marina, the next village.
